Eat Fish for Better Hearing

Australian researchers have found that people over the age of 50 who eat fish at least twice per week are 42 percent less likely to suffer from hearing loss.  The study, which examined diets of nearly 3,000 people, was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
